el_class=&#8221;custom-description&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"m_9085759501760847412gmail-part\">\n<h3>Beschrijving<\/h3>\n<p>Het Vander Bruggen plein en de Avenue de l&#8217;Eternit\u00e9, gelegen rond het metrostation Aumale in Brussel, zijn volledig gerenoveerd. Het objectief bestond eruit om een bevoorrechte openbare ruimte voor de zwakke weggebruikers te cre\u00ebren en de zachte mobiliteit aan te moedigen. De herinrichting biedt een gemakkelijke en veilige toegang naar het station van Aumale, en een aangename stedelijke omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Om in het objectief te slagen, besloot het lokale bestuur om het Vander Bruggen plein zo te veranderen dat er geen gevaarlijke situaties meer zijn voor zowel de voetgangers als de voertuigen. De zwakke weggebruikers kunnen nu via een doorlopend voetpad rechtstreeks naar de ingang van de metro wandelen. Er werden bomen geplant en nieuw stadsmeubilair ge\u00efnstalleerd.<\/p>\n<p>Urbis leverde, in samenwerking met de ontwerper Lucile Soufflet, de nieuwe stoelen die niet alleen voor functionele zitplaatsen zorgen, maar ook een unieke visuele identiteit aan het plein geven. Met dit orginele concept wilde Lucile Soufflet een speelse sfeer cre\u00ebren die mensen ertoe aanzet om na te denken over hoe we elkaar ontmoeten, hoe we verhalen delen, hoe we allen verschillend zijn, maar toch samenleven. Elke stoel is identiek, maar tegelijkertijd ook anders.<\/p>\n<p>Op basis van dit door de ontwerper bedachte concept heeft Urbis de technische plannen getekend, de elementen geproduceerd en ze gemonteerd. Er werden in totaal 54 stoelen van verschillende groottes ge\u00efnstalleerd; sommigen werden nonchalant neergezet, anderen in een rij geplaatst. Ze vrolijken het landschap op, en bieden een ontspanningsplaats voor de vermoeide reizigers en lokale bewoners.<\/p>\n<p>Het station Aumale werd volledig onder handen genomen om de gebruikers een betere toegankelijkheid, veiligheid, comfort en moderne omgeving te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Er werden twee nieuwe liften voor passagiers met een beperkte mobiliteit ge\u00efnstalleerd, en een nieuw verlichtingsplan met 100% ledtechnologie, een premi\u00e8re in Belgi\u00eb, veranderde het hele station.<\/p>\n<p>Schreder stelde een uiterst effici\u00ebnte upgrade van de verlichting met de Astral LED voor. Het verlichtingsniveau steeg van 150 naar 300 lux terwijl het energieverbruik met 50% en de CO2-uitstoot met bijna 20 ton per jaar verminderd wordt.<\/p>\n<p>De armaturen zijn uitgerust met een dimsysteem dat het lichtniveau naar 70 lux brengt wanneer het station niet in gebruik is. Op deze manier kan er nog meer energie bespaard worden. Dankzij de ledverlichting zullen ook de onderhoudskosten aanzienlijk verminderen; de oude lampen moest elke 2 jaar vervangen worden.<\/p>\n<p>In de Astral LED zijn eveneens de luidsprekers en de bewakingscamera&#8217;s van het station ge\u00efntegreerd. Dit is een praktische, maar vooral ook een esthetische oplossing. Bovendien kunnen de camera&#8217;s dankzij de verbeterde verlichting betere beelden opnemen waardoor het veiligheidsgevoel vergroot.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de inhuldiging op februari 2014 legde Brigitte Grouwels, Minister van Openbare Werken en Openbaar Vervoer in Brussel, uit: &#8220;Het objectief van deze werken bestond eruit om de mobiliteit van voetgangers met een beperkte mobiliteit te verbeteren. Het Aumale station is nu voor iedereen toegankelijk.
